Membership Application:
Fill out the PDF form on the right, and submit via email. You may also print and bring it to the workshop or a meeting if you wish.
Fieldtrip Waiver:
When attending field trips members have a limited 3rd party coverage through the club insurance which requires completing a waiver form - this must be filled out at least a week in advance of field trips.
Photo Waiver:
As our club grows and shares more online we ask that all members (new and returning) please fill out this google form so that we may share our adventures with the online world.
Co-Op Workshop Access:
In order to use our Workshop located in the Hub Community Center, all members must also be a part of the Co-Op. More details can be found by following the button on the right.
Membership Fees

Annual membership fees are $20 for an individual or $30 for a family*.
*A family membership covers a couple, a couple with one or more children under 18, or a single adult with one or more children under 18 — rockhounding is a great family activity!
Membership follows the calendar year (January–December). After our annual BBQ in June we take a break from meetings during July and August; members will still receive club updates and rockhound-related news year-round, so you won’t miss a thing.
We also offer pro-rated membership rates, so if you join mid-season, you don't have to pay for the full year.

Club meetings are at 7pm on the 4th Wednesday of the month in The HUB gym at 2375 Koksilah Rd, Duncan, BC V9L 6M5
Forms
Lapidary workshop membership and passes are on our shared site with the Cowichan Community Workshop Co-Op.
